How do you say "Is this document okay?" in Japanese?

Quick use

Use このしょるいでいいですか (kono shorui de ii desu ka) when you want to show a document and check if it is the correct one.

It is useful before submitting something, especially when there are multiple similar forms.

Chunk or pattern

The reusable pattern is:
